Shell Side Cleaning Machine
Shell side cleaning machines provide greater horsepower and flexibility for cleaning tube-type heat exchangers.
The Articulated Arm Shellside Cleaners address a range of common tube bundle cleaning challenges by integrating the advantages of a
rotating nozzle for enhanced cleaning with the flexibility of an articulated arm assembly. Operating the arm remotely significantly reduces operator exposure to both high-pressure water jets and debris removed from tube bundles.
Precise nozzle alignment is achieved through multiple hydraulic valves, allowing the rotary nozzle to manage 110 GPM at 14,000 PSI
without notable pressure loss. The Shellside Cleaner's hydraulic control system is user friendly, requiring minimal training to master.
Dual side operation allows for external cleaning on one side while setup, internal tube cleaning, repairs, inspection, or loading can occur
on the other side.
The articulated arm autonomously loads and unloads bundle rollers from the trailer bed, enabling a complete setup by a two person
team.
